Our dinosaurs are playful pros with a calm, trained temperament. We pair every guest with a certified handler and clear rules so the excitement stays wild and the event stays safe.
Safe distances
Guests stay at least one tail-length away unless a handler invites them closer. We mark the play zone and guide everyone in.
Handler instructions
Only our handlers give commands to the dinosaurs. If a handler says “freeze,” we all freeze — it’s the fastest way to keep smiles on track.
Age-appropriate interaction
Little explorers (ages 3–6) enjoy gentle walk-bys and photos. Older kids and adults can join supervised “dino high-fives.”
Feeding rules
No guest feeding — ever. Our handlers provide approved snacks and keep fingers safely away from curious teeth.
Venue & Emergency Protocols
We conduct a quick site check on arrival to confirm space, surfaces, and crowd flow. If a dinosaur gets too excited (it happens!), we have clear, calm steps to reset the moment safely.

- Flat, dry surfaces only — grass, turf, or smooth indoor flooring. No steep hills or slippery tiles.

- Handlers guide the dinosaur to a quiet zone, pause the experience, and re-open only when calm and ready.
- Rain & heat plan
- We provide hydration breaks and shade; severe weather triggers a safe indoor move or reschedule.
